CONTENT DESIGN
As a senior content designer at AbleTo, I plan and execute two versions of the monthly newsletters: one geared toward members, the other used to nurture other audience segments, including marketing prospects. I've also developed copy for multiple marketing drip series (email and SMS), app feature launches, brand campaigns, and client-facing landing pages. Additionally, I frequently advise product designers on UX copy for both internal and consumer-facing projects. Some of that work has involved optimizing program onboarding flows (to simplify the appearance and verbiage of value propositions, program experiences, and billing) and streamlining scheduling copy in Patient Access Center (to highlight provider availability and help participants access care sooner).
